Class Participation	Student did very little work.  He/she had to be reminded repeatedly to continue working.	Student had to be reminded several times to work.  He/She had a tendency to talk instead of working.	Student worked well but had to be reminded a few times to work.	Student worked during class at all times without being told to.
Notes on Trial Procedures and Case	Notes were not taken in preparation for the trial.	Notes were taken but missing very important information.	Notes were missing just a few parts.	Notes were complete and useful.
Answers and Skits	Student obviously did not put forth the effort required to do well.	Answers and skits were poorly prepared.  Many important items were missing.	Answers and skits were satisfactory.  Missing a few important facts.	Answers and skits were well prepared and relevant to the case.
